3ª.- From service availability.

Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transmission through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to Medialaw. G. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its clauses by Spanish law and any discrepancies in their application or interpretation shall be dealt with appropriate legal qualifications, in the Courts of Madrid.
